Hi, I’m Dani. 

I’m a Pilates instructor, a Social Worker, a Mum of two, a tea drinker, and a podcast-enthusiast. 

 

Years ago I had a hip injury that would not budge. I tried everything to shift the pain after exercise, but nothing worked. Until I found Pilates. Fast forward to me falling in love with Pilates and feeling the strongest I'd ever felt... Pilates became the outlet I needed for my mental and physical wellbeing.  

 

In 2018 I became a Polestar Pilates Certified Matwork Instructor, and have since completed further studies in Pre and Postnatal Pilates. 

 

Being a mum, I have a special place in my heart for pregnant and postnatal women, as I know all too well what a challenging and vulnerable time this can be. Pilates was a saviour for me during both of my pregnancies. It helped me to continue feeling as strong as I could physically and also connected to other women going through a similar journey to me. 

 

After having my babies I found it hard to find places where I could bring my kids along to exercise, and it was often too hard to find a babysitter. So, Your Tribe Pilates was born.

Your Tribe Pilates is a welcoming space where everyone can feel a part of the community. It is a place where babies and kids can come with you so that you don’t have to miss out on your exercise. It is a place where mental wellbeing, connection and support, are just as important as physical health.
